Account
How can I register?
To register on the Officine Gullo shop, visit the My Account page, click on “Create an Account,” and enter your username, email, and password. You will receive a confirmation email after completing the registration.
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
You do not need to register to make purchases, but without registration, you won’t be able to view your orders in the reserved area.
I forgot my account password. How can I recover it?
To recover your account password, visit the password recovery page and enter your username or email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How can I update my account information?
Log in to your Reserved Area, where you can modify all your information.
In the Account Details section, you can change your name, email, and password.
In the Addresses section, you can update your shipping and billing addresses.
In the Payment Methods section, you can modify and add cards and payment methods.
Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. You will need to wait for the delivery to make a return or a new purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and proceed with a return, please consult the instructions available on our Returns & Refunds page.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you are a registered user, log in to your Reserved Area to view the status of your order in the Orders section.
If you are not registered, you will still receive an email when your order is shipped from our warehouse, containing a link to track the shipment.
How can I verify that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is completed and confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page, where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 72 hours after payment is received.
Standard delivery of orders is within 2 working days from the order shipment in Italy (4 days for the Islands, Calabria, and remote areas) and within 5 working days in the rest of the world.
Express delivery, where available, takes place within 3 working days from the order shipment for all destinations. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; delivery times may be delayed during Italian holidays. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs clearance procedures may cause delays.
We strive to meet the expected delivery times, but during periods of high demand, the timings may slightly vary.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free to EU countries.
You can view the shipping costs before confirming the order and select Standard or Express shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the entire European Union, as well as to the UK, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia, Iceland, Malta, Montenegro, Monaco, Norway, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City, UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Oman, Syria, Nigeria, South Africa, Israel, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, and Korea.

How can I track my order shipment?
You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
If you are registered, you can also track the status of your order from your Reserved Area.
Assistance, Returns, and Refunds
How can I make a return?
To make a return, visit the Returns & Refunds page. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Can I return an item to a physical store?
Items purchased on our online shop cannot be returned to physical stores. Visit the Returns & Refunds page for more information.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the return is received at our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded within 15 working days. Once we receive the return, we will send you an email to confirm the refund. All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used for the order. The amount will be available in your account within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Please note that only the amount paid for the product will be refunded.
How will I be refunded?
All returned items will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) When an order (or part of it) is returned, we refund only the amount paid for the items, not the shipping costs, duties, etc., unless the entire order is defective.
Can I receive a refund on a different card from the one used for the order?
For security reasons, we cannot refund you on a different card from the one used for the purchase.
The item I received is damaged. How can I get a refund?
To obtain a refund for a damaged item, please visit the Returns & Refunds page.
