Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If the product you ordered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a replacement and/or refund.

After the specified period, we will not be responsible for any damages and/or issues with the products.

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to the contact form on the Contacts page and select “Returns and Refunds.”
  2. Fill out the fields with the required order information.
  3. Wait for a confirmation email from Customer Service.
  4. Place the products in their original packaging, complete with all attached elements and manuals. The products must be returned unused and in perfect working condition.
  5. Once we receive the return, we will verify the integrity of the products. Damaged products will be partially refunded after evaluating the damage.
  6. Keep the shipping receipt until we confirm the receipt of the return and the completion of the refund.
  7. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 days of confirming the receipt of the return at our warehouse.

The direct costs of returning the products, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that only the purchase price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs and any customs fees.

Return for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, incorrect product, or an incomplete order, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the order.

  1. Go to the contact form on the Contacts page and select “Returns and Refunds.”
  2. Choose “The item is defective or damaged” or “Received an incorrect item” as the reason for the request.
  3. Select your preference between returning the item for a refund or requesting a replacement.
  4. Fill out the fields with the required order information.
  5. Attach photos clearly showing the defect of the item.
  6. Wait for a confirmation email from Customer Service.
  7. Place the products in their original packaging, complete with all attached elements and manuals. The products must be returned unused.
  8. Once we receive the return, we will verify the non-conformity.
  9. Keep the shipping receipt until we confirm the receipt of the return.
  10. If you chose a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 days of confirming the receipt of the return at our warehouse.
  11. If you chose a replacement, the new item will be shipped within 15 days of confirming the receipt of the return at our warehouse.

If, after this time, you have not received your refund, please contact customer service.
